Refund Policy

Bids are final
A bid is a payment for a chance at that date's spotlight, not a reservation or a purchase of goods. Once a payment succeeds and your bid counts, it is final and non-refundable— including if you are later outbid before the reset. This is explained up front in the rules before you pay.
Failed or abandoned checkouts
If a payment fails, is cancelled, or is never completed, it never counts as a bid and you are not charged. Only payments confirmed by Dodo Payments' webhook apply to the leaderboard.
Mistaken or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same bid, or charged in error due to a bug on our end, email work.codevengers@gmail.com with your handle, the date and amount, and (if you have it) the payment confirmation from checkout. We review these case by case and issue a refund through Dodo Payments where a genuine error is confirmed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — we can usually resolve billing issues faster directly. Chargebacks on legitimate, non-erroneous bids may result in the associated bid being removed from the board and access to the site being restricted.
Payment processor
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Their own payment terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy.
